The Baluster Turning & Grinding Integrated Machine is a CNC machining solution specifically designed for rotary workpieces such as stair railings, balcony balustrades, Roman columns, and balusters. It combines turning and grinding in one process—with a single clamping operation, it completes profile turning, fine grinding, and polishing, enabling high-efficiency, high-precision, and high-consistency batch production. It is widely applicable to balusters and decorative columns made of stone, cement, and other materials.

The machine features a heavy-duty integral cast iron bed combined with a precision transmission system, ensuring stable operation, strong vibration resistance, and no deformation under long-term processing. Equipped with a CNC system, it supports graphic importing and parameter programming, allowing rapid machining of complex baluster profiles such as cylinders, tapers, spheres, spherical surfaces, small tapers, and gourd-shaped sections. The dual-tool / dual-spindle models can machine two columns simultaneously, doubling productivity.
